Wairle ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data you provide when you create an account and use the service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.

What we collect: your name, email address, and account credentials; the profile details you choose to give us (such as age range and an optional personal goal); your responses to the assessments and the scores derived from them; records of consent; support messages; and basic technical data needed to keep you signed in and operate the service.

Why we use it: to provide your 2-week plan and before-and-after reports; to authenticate you and keep your account secure; to send service emails such as plan reminders and the messages you ask us to send; and to meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases are the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in running the service securely. Assessment responses are used only to generate your own results — Wairle is not a diagnostic tool.

Sharing: we do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors that run the service on our behalf (our hosting and database provider and our transactional email provider), each bound to protect it. We keep your data for as long as your account is active.

Your rights: you can export a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from your account settings, and you may contact us to access, correct, or restrict the use of your data, or to complain to your local data-protection authority.
